Refund policy

Order cancellation can be done within 24 hours of order placement only.

We make our products on order. Hence we do not offer a refund. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers.

Handcrafted fabrics have inherent "imperfections." We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on this website. However, computer monitors and phone screens vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s/phone's display of any colour will be accurate.

Please note that we do not have a return policy, but we have a 14 days exchange policy. We offer exchange on all standard sized products in case you feel the style does not suit you. Exchange can be done on same or higher bill value only. The shipping has to be done and borne by the customer in case of an exchange, we do not offer reverse pickup.

No exchange on international orders.

All tags must be fully attached to exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept exchange on item that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

We offer free alteration on products. 

Headstrong by Hema Sharma is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather.

Headstrong by Hema Sharma does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet above exchange requirements at the brand's sole discretion.
